Refunds & Cancellation Policy 

Mentor Coaching Packages:

If for any reason related to the quality of service provided that you should wish to terminate the coaching relationship prior to the completion of all scheduled sessions, I offer a refund of actual monies received for any unused sessions minus 10%.

Group Programs & Retreats:

We understand that unexpected events can arise that can affect your plans.

If you must cancel your reservation for whatever reason more than 40 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

If you must cancel your reservation for whatever reason less than 40 days before your retreat start date, you will receive a credit in the amount of all monies paid to apply to any program of your choosing that we offer before the end of the following year.

Cancellations within 7 days of the start of the retreat program receive no refund and no credit, although your package may be transferred to another person of your choosing with a written letter of permission.
