The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. During the process facilitators explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Participants are invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

The Gifts of Imperfection™

“True belonging doesn’t require you to change who you are. It requires you to be who you are.” - Brené Brown.

In this course, we explore what it means to be YOU. What is it that you need to let go of in order to make room for authenticity, self-compassion, joy and much more!

Daring Greatly™

Daring Greatly™ is about being ‘all in’. In this course you will explore what it takes to have the courage to be vulnerable, to be seen and heard; to ask for help, to share your feelings and have the hard conversations.

rising strong™

“Fall down 7 times, get up 8.” - Japanese Proverb

The physics of vulnerability are simple: if we are brave enough, often enough we will fall. In this course we explore the stories we tell ourselves when we are ‘face down’ in the arena and learn the tools to use to support us in getting back up with compassion and resilience.
